Hera Beauty is a UK contract cosmetics manufacturer based in Cambridgeshire, operating a 40,000 sq ft GMP-certified facility with daily capacity to produce 4,000L and fill over 20,000 units, supporting brands from 1,000-unit minimum order quantities through to multi-national retail volumes.
Our scale matters less than what it lets you do; launch a product without overpaying for capacity you don't need yet. Then scale production with the same partner as you grow. No re-tooling, no re-qualifying a new factory, no starting your compliance file from scratch.
Scale-up without switching suppliers
Our process vessels range from 5L to 1,000L, which is the reason we can quote a realistic MOQ of 1,000 units for a first order and still run production for established multi-national brands out of the same site. Most manufacturers force you to choose between low minimums and serious capacity; we built the facility so you don't have to.
Get to market faster
Automated 2- and 4-head filling lines, semi-automated lines, tube filling, hot-fill equipment for balms, and a dedicated powder/salt room mean we can move most formats (emulsions, gels, washes, oils, balms, powders) through production without outsourcing any stage.
Fewer handoffs between suppliers means fewer delays between your formulation being approved and its arrival on your shelves.
Grow without a capacity ceiling
Because our production capacity is expanding continuously, brands that start with a single SKU at 1,000 units can scale into full ranges and six-figure annual volumes without hitting a wall or being asked to move to a "bigger" manufacturer. Growing with our customers is how we've funded every facility investment to date.
Quality & Compliance
Trust our compliance, so you don't have to own it
Every product is checked by our in-house technical, QC and regulatory team against UK & EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 before it leaves the building.
If you don't have a regulatory function in-house, and most of our brand partners don't, this is effectively your compliance department, built into the manufacturing cost rather than an extra hire.
